Tana M. Session is the founder and CEO of TanaMSession.com, a certified Women Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) with over 30 years of HR experience. In addition to cultural engineering, Dr. Session specializes in leadership and organizational development. While leading various change initiatives for domestic and international organizations, she spent 10 years as a top HR executive. In every project she develops and implements, she embeds her passion for DEI.
As a business consultant, Dr. Session has partnered with start-ups and fast-growth companies as well as McDonald’s, Xerox, Creed Perfumery, Interscope Geffen A&M Records, Spotify, Federal Executive Board, Department of Health & Human Services, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, NASA, and many other multi-national for-profit & not-for-profit organizations.
